About Tadeed eInvoicing

Tadeed eInvoicing is a cloud-based platform for managing invoices, sales, purchases, payments, accounting, VAT records and business reports from one connected workspace.

The platform is designed for businesses operating in Saudi Arabia, including small businesses, trading companies, service companies, construction businesses, manufacturers, retailers and professional service providers.

The current platform interface is available in English. Arabic-language support is planned for a future release, subject to product approval and scheduling.
INVOICING AND ZATCA

Invoice and Workflow Questions

Tadeed eInvoicing includes workflows designed to support Saudi e-invoicing processes. Exact integration, clearance, reporting and onboarding requirements depend on the taxpayer’s applicable requirements and the current product release.

The platform includes tax invoice and simplified invoice workflows, as well as proforma invoices, credit notes, debit notes, delivery notes and related payment records.

The product includes invoice QR-code capabilities. The exact QR content and regulatory applicability depend on invoice type and current official requirements.
SALES, PURCHASES AND ACCOUNTING

Business Management Questions

Yes. You can maintain reusable customer and vendor records and use them across relevant sales and purchase transactions.

Yes. The sales workflow includes quotations, and the purchase workflow includes purchase orders, subject to the features available in your plan.

The current product includes a chart of accounts, banking, tax payments, manual journals and financial reporting capabilities.

Report categories include financial, sales, purchase, customer, vendor and VAT reports. Individual reports depend on available data, configuration and plan access.
ACCOUNT, TRIAL AND SUPPORT

Subscription and Support Questions

A free trial may be available. Confirm the current trial duration, included features and registration conditions on the Pricing or Sign Up page.

Multi-user access and role-based permissions are part of the product direction. Confirm user limits and permissions for the selected subscription plan.

Use the Contact or Support option and provide your registered company name, account email and a clear description of the issue. Never share your password or one-time verification code.

Tadeed uses access controls and structured data-management practices. Detailed security, backup, encryption, hosting and retention statements should be reviewed against the production environment and published on the Security page.
